    This status shows up when Prolaborate could not establish the connection with Sparx Enterprise Architect (EA) Model. It could because of the following reasons:

    1. The details of Enterprise Architect database entered in Prolaborate are incorrect
    2. EA database configured in Pro Cloud Server is incorrect
    3. Pro Cloud Server is not configured correctly
    4. Pro Cloud Server free license is being used
    5. The port used by Pro Cloud Server (804) is not open
