    This error appears when Prolaborate is not able to connect to its database. The reason could be any one of

    1. Database password has expired. Please change it again with the same password. If you are going to change the password, you need to change the password in Prolaborate config file and recreate connections in Sparx Pro Cloud server
    2. Some issues with Connectivity or Database. Try connecting to the Database manually and see if it is possible. If this is possible, the issue should be temporary and Prolaborate will work fine.
